November 13-17

This week students will be using protractors to measure the degrees of different angles. Students will also study the relationships between the earth, moon and planets, as well as study important scientists from the past that have helped up understand the planets as we know them today.

On Wednesday the 15h, the Thanksgiving Lunch will take place at school! Please make sure you have returned a RSVP for this event!

Thursday the 16th, interims go home with the students, so be on the lookout for those!

Next week is Thanksgiving, so on November 22, 23, and 24th, there will be no school!

Have a great week!

November 6-10

Please remember there is no school tomorrow, Tuesday, November 7!

This week we will be wrapping up our Sound unit in science and learning about Angles in math!

Students have a Word Study quiz this Wednesday, a reading GPS on Thursday, a math GPS on Friday, and a short sound quiz on Friday as well!

This Friday is also the Veterans Day lunch at school. Students received papers to sign up for this last week. If you have a veteran in your family who would like to join your student for lunch, and you did not receive a sign up paper from your student, please let me know and I can get you another one!

Next week will be a full week of school, then we have school November 20-21, and then the rest of that week is Thanksgiving Break!
